Mackerel Sky for sale lying ashore near Salcombe. Inspired by New England’s famed MacKenzie Cuttyhunk Bass Boats, Mackerel Sky was custom built in 2002 by Great River Boat Works. She is a composite constructed boat with a 164hp inboard diesel. She has both tiller and wheel steering, the tiller allowing for easier manoeuvring when fishing for example. She is a very capable boat equally at home on estuaries or at sea for leisure, entertaining or fishing. Easy to maintain, economical to run, practical and beautiful. Under deck she is bright, pleasing and comfortable, featuring an upholstered v-berth, rod storage, anchor locker, under berth access and side curtain storage.
